Horningtoft Remembers 1914-18 War Exhibition Horningtoft Church - Sat & Sun 19th & 20th July 10am - 5pm Horningtoft Heritage Society will be marking the centenary of the First World War by discovering the impact the war had on our village. Our exhibition will tell the story of those who enlisted, the survivors, those who died, and those who were left to cope at home. The exhibition will include past & present residents’ family photographs, Military Service records, letters and postcards home, medals, memorabilia and family trees. A copy of the original 1911 Census for Horningtoft showing relationships and occupations. Also various maps and documents from the era. Refreshments - teas - coffee - savoury rolls - cakes
