Hot/Controversial topic, which I have discovered, after posting, is falsely attributed to John Hopkins Hospital as the source. Much/all of the information shared is deemed to be accurate by alternative medicine, and Ive heard personal testimony of this working. Having said that, there are times when chemo/radation are very necessary. I view this as an addition to, not a cure. Read with a discerning mind: Most of this is not new information, but it is new (to me) to hear it from a big hospital. And my favourite lines is: Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiving and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life. While I believe the statement, Ive also had one of the most positive influences in my life die very quickly of cancer, so this is certainly not to judge those who are not able to fight the disease. I think it is saying we stand a better chance at longer life with a positive, forgiving attitude. Ive known a few people who have lived long after their prognosis expired, and they really were warriors, with loving and forgiving spirits.
