Overview: Primary responsibility of a Keyholder of Hot Topic and Torrid is to act in absence of the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in leading the store to achieve the store objectives with regards to sales, shrink, and opening procedures, and serve customers. Minimum requirements: Experience & Education Minimum 6 months of retail store experience Knowledge of music and fashion Minimum of high school graduate or GED equivalent Competencies & Skills Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and good written communication skills Can do attitude and a team player Strong time management skills and able to shift priorities as needed Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation) Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds Able to reach for merchandise using the ladders, step stool, merchandise retrieving pole, shoe pole, etc. Able to use store equipment including cash registers, sensors, cutters, scissors, hand truck, etc. Able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
