Hot off the press! Here are the renderings for the Maritime Village Development which will be on Day Street between Hanford Place (around the corner from SoNo Baking Company & Café) and Raymond Street. Spinnaker Real Estate has put forward the Maritime Village plan which includes renovating a 10,000 square foot commercial structure, building a 66 unit residential complex and four townhouses, and creating about 100 parking spaces. Maritime Village will be across the street from the planned $30 million rebuilding of Washington Village which will break ground in October 2014 with plans to be complete by the spring of 2016.
