In the long run, it would probably save me a ton of money, but inevitably, I know I would not do it. Before my Toyota, I drove an Audi, and all my maintenance/service was covered by the dealership. My car is out of warranty so I have to go elsewhere for my oil changes. Prior to my visit to TWW, I went to Oil Can Henry. They were pushy, expensive, and the wait times were always ridiculous. I needed my oil changed (pretty badly), so I searched Yelp for a place near my work. I found TWW, and I was hesitant at first. It is on East Alisal, and sometimes men take advantage of women when it comes to cars and services. I walked in, asked for an oil change, and within 25 minutes my car was finished. Matt (co-owner, Im assuming) was really polite, professional, and helpful. It was also far less expensive than Oil Can, and the experience was altogether much better. Sometimes having god customer service is all a person needs to lift their mood. Great place if youre in a pinch. Good job, TWW.
