House Hunters on HGTV Im watching House Hunters and the clients this episode are a young couple with a little girl about three years old. They cant be more than 30ish. What makes my mind boggle is that they have a 1.3 million dollar budget. Huh? My budget at that age was $60,000.00! How on earth can young people afford a home these days? As I watch I cant help but think how much the taxes are on $1,300,000.00. What about the mortgage payment? And how long it will take to pay back the bank! Oh, they have an additional $40,000.00 Reno budget because a 1.3 million dollar house will obviously need updating... That is all....
