House Republicans will vote to raise the debt ceiling -- no strings attached. Democrats would say they caved. Speaker Boehner put it this way: ...Youve all known that our members are not crazy about voting to increase the debt ceiling. There are, our members are also very upset with the president. He wont negotiate. He wont deal with our long term spending problems without us raising taxes, wont even sit down and discuss these issues. Hes the one driving up the debt and the question theyre asking is why should I deal with his debt limit? And so the fact is well let the Democrats put the votes up. Well put a minimum number of votes up to get it passed...
