Houston, TX......hit by a car, obviously needs immediate medical treatment, but people are poor, and have left the dog in the back of the pickup overnight and now..... MUST get someone there to get this dog some help, these people mean well, but the dog is suffering.........Do NOT write to harass these people - the dog will be the only one to suffer, instead get your ass there, or share of help to someone in the area..... Posted: as we turn the corner onto our street heading home we almost ran over a dog that was laying in the middle of the street that was obviously very hurt and was already ran over. You had bloody patches all over him. and could barely walk. I made a bed in the back of my truck for him gave him some water and some wet food and he ate and drank last night. today he was still in the back of my truck, I left the tailgate down so he could leave if he wanted to... he looks to be a male pitbull mix. He is brindle in color. Seems to be very sweet does not seem to be aggressive once so ever!! but you can tell hes in pain. he may need to go see a vet. Maybe not Im not exactly sure. We cannot keep him or treat him unfortunately due to our financial situation and we are in the middle of moving from the state. after I barely saw him I knew he would be ran over again if I left him there.. so, we picked him up!
