Hover Girl Properties wants to welcome Rick and Kelly Whitney - If you are a Mayport HSL/HSM guy do you know Rick....a little bit about him...........Rick joined the USN at age 19 and served as a Naval Aircrewman for over 24 years. He rose to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer and did PCS tours in eight different commands including three Helicopter Squadrons (HSL-36, HSL-40, HSL-46), the USS Eisenhower, and two overseas duty stations. He has two children; Candice and Ricky, and four grandchildren. Rick and his wife Kelly have made numerous change of station moves and have made Jacksonville their home. They both look forward to assisting anyone moving to or from the Jacksonville area.
