How “I cannot” affects you physically I teach my students - TopicsExpress

How “I cannot” affects you physically I teach my students how to become more positive because positive people are healthier, wealthier, & happier. Here is a simple test demonstrating the effect of negativity on your physical strength. Test muscle strength of a person’s upper limb twice. Once when she says “I cannot play piano” and another time when she says “I can play piano”. Whenever she says “I cannot play piano” her muscles lose strength. Using negative words, not only damage you mentally, they also make you weaker physically. Learn to eliminate words such as cannot, do not, & will not from your vocabulary. Do it for a few days and see how you feel. Not only you will feel better & happier, those around you also notice that you have become a happier more positive person. Your positivity will attract others to you. When people are attracted to you, they use your services more often. To increase your success enrol at our Master of Business Management in Health Care. This MBA teaches you tips that will improve your practice. drpourgol.blogspot.ca/2015/01/how-i-cannot-affects-you-physically.html
