How I love the Word, the Bible! How I thoroughly enjoy consuming history, too! ...reading and discovering the foundations (I.e. The Past) of the present... letting books transport me to place that are impossible to go to because of time and/or limited resources. Reading is such a gift: it is information, inspiration, vacation, occupation, and revelation all rolled into one! It is an airplane taking you to different parts of the world! It is a time-travel machine! ALL while never leaving the comfort of your home! What a delight! So turn off the TV and pick up a book!
