How about eating unprocessed foods that are naturally low in salt, oil(fat) and sugar (S.O.S.)? Cravings for them will diminish when you stop eating them. Instead we are letting the food scientists/industry come up with more chemicals to be added to processed foods to make them lower in S.O.S. under the title of healthier options. Educate yourself and get off the processed, convenience and fast food wagon. You will never gain control of your weight and health until you do.
