How about some good judgement? In Alaska, the police assume that every person they stop is carrying a gun. They act accordingly, but they dont call out a Swat Team for every encounter. They are just prepared to handle the situation on the spot. The use of a Swat Team may be justified, but not every time there may be a gun being carried openly by someone. We must get a grip on this. People that Open Carry are not the problem, only the criminals are. Learn how to use a gun and learn how to respect them as well. Guns do not kill, only people do.
