How about your church? Is the enemy infiltrating the walls, into the pews, and even into the pulpit? What is the content of the message? The music? Is the plan of salvation, and Christs atonement being preached, or has your church become the Book of the Month Club? People are hungering for good, solid, biblical teaching. If your church isnt opening the Bible and exploring the Word of God and encouraging you to do the same (giving you meat) but instead, providing flash, entertainment and new age twists on a solid gospel message, you may want to consider someplace else. A French poet Charles Baudelaire, (1821-1867) once said: My dear brothers, never forget, when you hear the progress of enlightenment vaunted, that the devils best trick is to persuade you that he doesnt exist! Be good Bereans. Test all things against the Word of God. And beware...the wolf in sheeps clothing could be right in your pulpit, leading the very sheep under his care astray.
