How can a tournament like World cup not see games being settled without the occurrence of penalties.?Tight games will at knock out stages(should happen ,look at the history of WC) which is "normal" on thinking based on earlier or otherwise known statements, events, or conditions(looking at the history of WC) moving to extra time or even penalties....So a game between heavy weights finishing in 90 minutes (especially in Knock out stages ) can arouse "suspicion " in the minds of people.This "may" happen due to Match fixing .But this may also happen, when viewed as a "Not guileful or Not deceitful occurrence" or " better team winning".Hence a Unconditional prediction cant be made.Now the possibility of great odds being overcome by underdogs.This" may" also happen because of match fixing or simply the occurrence of "better team winning". Now how will you determine that a match is not fixed ? How will you understand that "better team won"?
