How can anyone get a fair trial with this kind of activity? IF he is found guilty, IF he is found innocent? You face these consequences. The judge in the case has all ready given cause for a mistrial in the last day with comments made in court. That judge should know better. I understand the frustration. I suggest that we give him witness protection and make him disappear so he can get on with his life. There can be no justice with all this publicity. It is not about innocence or guilt at this point in time. That was ruined from the start. Legally I suggest he file a civil suit against the President for his comments prejudging any verdict. Under current law, riots with threats of violence is considered terrorism. That means Homeland Security. It means going to jail without trial. 300 plus congress people voted that in from both parties this year. And yes that included people of every persuasion. It means they can hold you indefinitely without any rights at all if it is determined it was terrorism. If there are enough people involved, there are empty prisons in the West set up specifically to handle this kind of crowd. You ever seen an angry Cuban or Mexican population? Might make a black riot look like a meeting of choir boys. So far everyone is remaining calm. The biggest lesson anyone needs to learn about violence is there is always someone that is better at it than you. You may not meet that person tomorrow or the next day. The Bible says it best. Roughly translated it says those who live by the sword will die by the sword. Violence is never a good answer. That is why this entire threatening people with riots is just plain wrong. You could undue years of trust and people getting together as friends over this. I live in a neighborhood where it works. Where people of many different races and cultures exist side by side without any of this intimidation going on. A lot of those same people are non-violent Christians. Any Sunday you can see parking lots at churches here filled. Maybe that is the difference. That was "Rev. Martin Luther King," and he was a good minister of God. The other problem is in a riot situation a lot of people are going to end up dead no matter who causes it.
