How can parents be soo cruel?!?!?! You brought a child into this world, dont mistreat it! I really hope they find this guy, I hope this video gets around & someone finds him! No kid should be treated this way! Especially to this kid, hes only 4!!! The sad thing about this is, is that there are soo many kids who get treated likebthisbeverday & nobody does anything about it. I just dont get why parents do this, I mean do they get pleasure out of it? They are sick animals!!
