How did you do with the time change this morning? Trouble getting up? Heres a few tips to help you adjust: 1. Limit caffeine immediately before and the first few days of the time change. This will allow your body to adjust without chemical interference. 2. Wake up at your usual weekday time or even 15 to 20 minutes ahead earlier. 3. Begin to relax an hour before bed with a warm bath, a hot shower, or a cup of tea. 4. Limit electronic devices before bed. 5. Take advantage of the sunny days.
