How do i set up a business without capital? i raised capital by offering a share in the company i wished to set up, the investor will do nothing associated with running the biz, but will get agreed percentage based on profits after expenses. To do this you need = 1. A business plan, showing initial capital needed 2. Break down of items needed and cost 3. Monthly running cost estimates 4. MARKETING STRATEGIES AND COST FOR 2 YEARS BUILT INTO THE PLAN COST 5. Once you have the business plan which should be about 14-17 pages , you look for investors, and sell them percentages in your comapany. You need to sell them on the BUSINESS IDEA , THE CONCEPT, THE PRODUCT OR YOUR SKILL.
