How do you handle picky eaters and concerns with over eating? Please share your suggestions and advice with our next BonusMom Anyone else stuck in a biased, horrible custody agreement? I hate this darn JCP. I hate how my hex threw EVERY control clause in there and my DH signed it because his lawyer told him they could easily modify it and take it one clause at a time. And my DH wanted to get the drama over with. Nooooo DH. When you sign something legally you are agreeing to follow it, and If you hate it and hex wont follow it the drama will continue. I think the right of first refusal is what angers me off the most. Its so poorly worded. There is no time frame, no if the parent will be gone for 3 or more hours they will need to contact the other party. Its just the child will not be in the care of a third party other than established daycare without first informing the other parent, giving the other parent chance to take care of the child. I am considered a third party. Soooo I legally cannot watch SD while DH goes to the gym for a workout, I cannot take SD present shopping without DH, the list goes on. Great in theory, horrible in practice. Two people who hate each other and are fighting for custody are not going to willingly allow the other to spend an hour with the other parent on their time. Whats the point of even dropping SD off at hexs for 45min, and then having SD whine about having to come back here while hex smirks? Hex never stopped to think how the clause would effect her either. She doesnt go by it at allllll. DH called the cops on her a year and a half ago because she denied him his overnight visitation, said SD was staying the night at her mothers house thats my final decision and hexs mom would not let him talk to SD (violating the phone call clause). She later stated in an email to her brother she doesnt have to follow the ROFR. Sighhhhhh. SD has told me she goes over to her grandmothers for fun and she has her own room there for sleepovers when her mom has to go to work for an emergency. Her grandma also takes her present shopping. Ahhhhhh. I dont want to pry SD for details like hex does and Were not against SD staying at her grandmas, but hex put the clause in and it applies to her as well!!! The wording is all so vague. Hex has to notify DH of things in a timely manner which she interprets to mean last minute notice. The JCP just doesnt work. At all. Its got to go. She threw every control clause in and now its hard to function as a normal family.
