How do you quantify? It’s pretty easy. Just include details such as the percentage a project came in under budget. (Under budget is always good – keep out anything over budget, but you already knew that.) Other quantifiers are how often you beat deadlines, how much you grew the client/customer base, and how much you increased sales or revenue for the organization. No matter what positions you have held, you can come up with something. Just show how your accomplishments related to the organization getting better in some form or fashion. For instance, let’s say you were a cashier for a big box retailer. You could say that you maintained 100% accuracy on your till.
