How do you stay healthy during the winter months? Let me introduce you to Super Shot ... 2 oz Ningxia Red, 1 TBSP each MindWise, Thieves Elixir & Elderberry Syrup and 1 tsp Fermented Cod Liver Oil ... Sickness is this house has Zero chance .... Sorry Germs! Thieves Elixir Recipe (from Karén Gonzalez) *****************UPDATED RECIPE (Makes One Pint)**************** 2 Meyer lemons (organic, if available & washed very well with Thieves cleaner) 2-3 fresh ginger (per pint jar), peeled & sliced into coin size pieces, then cut into matchsticks to diffuse better. 15-20 drops Thieves 15-20 drops Lemon 10 drops Clove 7 drops Cinnamon 7 drops Ginger 3 Tbs. Braggs ACV (may need more if it is too sweet) 1 c. + fresh, LOCAL honey Layer the lemon & ginger in the jars. In a large glass measuring cup, added 1 cup of honey (or agave nectar if allergic to honey), thoroughly mix in the oils...then add Braggs ACV, mix well. Pour the honey/oil/ACV mixture over the lemon & ginger slowly to allow for it to fill all the voids, let sit. After a few minutes, top it off with a little more honey, close it tightly & shake it up. I do keep it in the fridge & it should last at least 3 months...well, I doubt it will last 2 weeks around here, but it should be good about 3 months. ************************************************************************************ (P.S.
