How do you tell who people really are? Some people are great at this but it appears that Im not one of them. In the normal run of things it wouldnt matter too much but Im looking for boarders, people to share my personal space with...Im not even going to share how looking for a decent, reasonably balanced man is going - thats a whole book (with some funny chapters, though). The last person who moved in, had the perfect spiel - eco-friendly, into meditation, caring for the planet, yoga. She even had Om tattooed on the edge of both palms - so it showed in prayer postion. Sounds too good to be true, huh? The reality - middle class user who wanted the cheap rent option but helped herself to my stuff when needed. Apparently she believes in the Dishes Fairy I left it 24 hrs to see if shed notice to do her dishes...nope. She buys caged chook eggs because theyre cheaper and leaves chocolate melting into the arm of my sofa - at dog height. Thank God my dogs are well trained or they could have been dead by now! Did I mention she left the gate onto the road open 3 times in a week because Im not used to gates. And shes better than the last one who turned out to be such a spinner she can cry on demand. Apparently it works a treat on men. She boasted to me how she took everything when she left her last boyfriend, didnt even leave him a towel. Hes taken out a legal order to keep her away from him...guess were all learning!
