After this probationary period, if the student has worked a minimum number of hours for the company, they would then be eligible for an increase to £6.19 an hour or £6.50 in order to make the Dusa Staff feel valued. Many companies employ this technique which makes the staff feel valued but also prevents a high staff turnover which DUSA currently has. This saves time and money finding, interviewing and training new individuals which benefits the company as well as all the amazing people working there!
