How frustrating is it to enforce new habits which stick for only the briefest period of time before you drift back to your old ways? Its a constant battle. A disappointing discipline game. Repetition at a surface level that can only ever be a bandaid fix. If you are not yet succeeding in creating and keeping the body you desire its likely you keep trying to change your behaviour without dealing first with the cause behind it... and this leads us to the 5 Logical Levels of Change: I cover them here:
