How good is it exercising right now in this beautiful place called - Townsville, Queensland. This morning at our usual spot - Jacobs Ladder. I wanted the Group to go 1 better this morn. Push themselves so we did 8 Walk with Weighted Bags (10kgs) & Group Runs in less than an hour. Because we had more people than bags there was always 1 person left over who was Lucky (Im sure they didnt think so? Lol) to do an Individual Run up with the group walking begging carrying the Bag across there Shoulders. It was so hot & humid however they kept on going & thats all you can ask for! Well done guys... Awesome effort!!!
