And more of a coffee shop from like MCTC. Of a cart deal. Easy to open and close. With couch and fellowship atomosphere. Tables for eating and any other tings. Like two or three small 4 person tables. With a couch area. And the only rule no fighting. For that room. And then a more formal business center type room. Like the Alliance one. For MFIP and anyone ele to job search and career plan. And an information hub in the coffee shop room. But not for MFIP people. A singles relaxation space. To call there own. Like the shelter lounge. So that could be the day time drop in center for relaxation. In the shelter lounge. With actual staff present. But free access in and out all day. And no requirement of beavhor. Other than no fighting or substance use. And then a modified one at the mansion. That all have access to as well. But more behavior expectations. Of no swear words. And for resource exploration. The triage type thing. So a gradual public space bridge. Where very laid back at shelter during day. An then clearing out hour or two before shelter opens. But a space to be from 8 am to 4. Without having to do anything. With survival food accessible. And then once more stabilized. Suggested to go to the mansion. For more formal explanation of resources. But still laid back enough. But the purpose to engage with staff. At any level. Whereas the shelter one no expectations. Just a place to relax. With food offeriengs. And bathrooms and such. And the advocates knowing the people nough. To figure out how to do that. And long time shelter system user voluntters to help facilitate the safe space. And movies and shit for entertainment. Instead of just a space. So food offereings in the book drop off zone. And shelter people overseeing the facilitation part. With some staff oversight for helping them do it. As a supported work deal. So just no access to that door to my old office. And the other program with front desk and offices. And parking in street. And the church basement for network meetins. And stepehen’s parking lot. For oureach purposes. And the shelter part closed off during the day. So just bathrooms food and lounge. And then going to the mansion. For coordinating of services. There are showers at opportunity right. Are there in the shelter. So having it be a shower and relax space. Cleared out by 4. For the night time shelter use. But a daytime drop in space. For showers food and relax. Then the mansion for service consultation. And opportunity center if interested in advanced training opportunities. As well as the doctor shit. But the basic shit with drop in stephen’s. Then they can have outreach workers there. And on the streets. And then the mansion for whatever more structured employment search. When interested at same level and functioning ability of MFIP. While preserving less functioning at drop in. That space is not used during day still. For all these years. And washers and dryers there too. So just doctors and advanced job training opportunities at opportunity center. And then out reach worekrs doing the drop in center. As well as streets. And then housing and emplmoyment shit only at mansion. With “meet where at” at the shelter. To stablizie lives. So no guests doing drop in. That can be all outreach. And then them also doing street outreach. But know how to connect. To staff a drop in center. And then Lynn doing her old program style at the mansion. And a supported work coffee shop type cart. With a table and lounge area. That is for service obtaining purposes or job search. Not for movie watching. And taking showers. So one supported worker person also doing coffee shop cart services at shelter. With same options. And a Menner deal. With pastries and nosh. And then a perfect supported work position. With real job skills. Of opening and closing coffee cart services to peole experinceing homelessness. In two distinct settings. But same coffee cart offerings. Of healthy and filling foods. At no cost to the people.
