How is it possible to create music like this? is a question i often get. People are eager to know given that most of todays artists are left in a vacuum of giants. Although there are multiple answers for that i do wish to focus on one aspect: understanding of the soul. What Chopin does is that he realize that the evening/night in itself has a soul. With this understanding he is able to pierce the essence of that spirit which we as listerners can relate to - because deep down we understand this soul as well. This is the greatest gifts to the people of Europa: the inner understanding of the elements around us and the ability to perfect it due to this understanding.
