How many American leaders, pundits, and know-it-alls pretended to care about the Iraqi people in 2002 and 2003? How many care now that practically every day theres more violence and killing there than visits the United States except on exceptional days like 4/19/95 and 9/11/01? This mayhem was unleashed, predictably, by the Bush administration, and cheered on by the majority of American people. This U.S. violence has bred dozens if not hundreds of bin Laden wannabes. This is one of the biggest horrors of the 21st century. Confront it. Never forget it. Never let those who endorsed this war and its most obvious consequences forget it.
