How many leaders of developed world has been tried? How many US troops has been summoned to Hague? None because usa was not a signatory to that. Why would they abstain from such huge institution? They obviously know more than us and doesnt want to be tried for anything. Any sitting president has an immunity. They should allow the president to finish his tenure and summon him.
