Simply divine! Everyone at my home loves the taste and aroma of desi ghee. I call it The LIQUID GOLD in the kitchen. Add it any dish and take it to the next level. It adds a new dimension to whatever dish you add it to! The ghee comes out to be aromatic and golden provided it is done at the right temperature.
