How many of you have had your photo taken by this man? My friend and former bossman, Bruz Crowson. He gave me first photography job at The Item in Nov. 2001. Bruz and his dad, Heyward, probably took the majority of the images you see on this page. Between the two of them they photographed Sumter for more than 75 years. I remember many a morning that Mayor Bubba would stop by and talk about old Sumter in the photo department. Great memories.
