How many of you know how to eat towards your goals to lose/gain maintain weight? Answer dis.. You have 3 people who burn 2000 Calories a day and are identical in all ways except -- Person A: Eats 800 Calories for breakfast, 200 calorie snack, 800 Calories at lunch, 600 at dinner of all unprocessed food. Person B: Eats skips breakfast, has a 1000 Calories at lunch, and 1000 Calories at dinner, a mix of healthy food and processed food. Person C: Eats 1800 Calories at midnight, before bed, all processed food. At the end of a three month period, who will gain fat? Who will maintain? Who will lose fat?
