How many of you lift weights? Do you know if you are doing it right? Make sure that your technique is correct as poor technique can lead to a number of different problems from postural problems, injury, muscle imbalances and becoming muscle bound. Record yourself to see if you are doing the exercise correctly, we can all improve our technique, good technique improves good movement, improving your overall training ... A common problem with not carrying out proper technique is not engaging and using your full range of movement this can cause restriction in the tendon and muscle ... Causing you to become less flexible; for example a bicep curl should be carried out with full extension aswell as full flexion ... A lot of people take the short cut and do not use their full range of movement this will cause serious issues with flexibility in the future ...
