How many times do I have to ask NICELY for the neighbors (who no speak English) to MOVE THEIR DAMN DOG from under my bedroom window??? I have asked 5 or 6 times since we moved in even got the kids to interpret. All it does is bark all day and all night and I am tired of being woke up at 3 or 4 in the morning because the a$$holes think they own the world. If it was MY dog the whole damn neighborhood would have me in court. Notified animal control and they wont do anything.
