How meno has affected my quality of life “Because of the leg pain & joint problems caused by meno I can no longer walk very much. I used to go for 2 - 4 hour walks exploring nature or going to the zoo. Plus, I walked all over to go shopping for groceries, & necessities. Now just getting there is exhausting, which means I dont go out much at all. If I do then Im in terrible pain for days after. Between the pain, the loneliness and the cabin fever from staying home most of the time is it any wonder that depression can set it? So, yes meno has greatly impacted my quality of life.” How has meno affected your quality of life?
