How much do we have guys??? Could you imagine not having a stove or oven to cook your food? Could you imagine only eating a small portion of rice and half a glass of water a day? Many people in the world do experience that :( For that reason, we must thank God for our food. Saying a prayer to bless our food before our food is a beautiful tradition which dates back centuries. Likewise the same goes for Thanking God for our meal afterwards. Please, lets try and make prayer before/ after meals as a goal within our spiritual lives. Lets make it a nice custom within our households and pass it onto our children :) Please like and share if you agree or even do this !! Prayer Before Meal O Christ our God, bless the food, drink, and fellowship of Thy servants, for Thou art holy always, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen. Prayer After meal Blessed is God, Who has fed and nourished us with His bountiful gifts by His grace and compassion always, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
