How much do you think the average depreciation claim will be when and if GM is hit with a class action suit representing the 2.6 million cars that were recalled to repair the potential ignition switch failure. This in my humble opinion is the beginning of a long costly battle for the folks at GM. Obviously there will be many other suits and claims to deal with than just the depreciation issue, which could come to at least a $1,000 a car. This will be an interesting brawl to watch between the plaintiffs and GM. With the payday the lawyers wind up getting with these cases they will certainly wont be buying GM cars with the pay day. It will be nothing less than Bentleys for these dudes.
