How to Deal with a very low offer? I listed a property with an Estate Agent for £125K and today after much dilly dallying got an offer for £95K by a couple who are renting on the same street. They say that this is due to the amount of work they want to do to the property. The property does not need any work at all! I have rented two rooms of the 4 rooms on non AST for combined rent of £720. What are the solutions I can present to the potential buyers to sell the property without such a price dip.
