How to Make a Cushion Cover in 6 Steps! 1. Carefully cut a shirt from the armpits up and discard the arms and neck area or keep for decorating. 2. Take a cushion and tuck it inside of the stomach area, or if preferred, sew up the bottom, stuff with cotton wool, wool or thin sheets of cotton. 3. Stuff 1 or 2 bells inside with the filling. 4. Sew up both sides. 5. Now decorate - you can be as creative as you like, buttons, beads, little threads of yarn sewn to the top to stream off. As long as you like it, it is perfect. 6. Another decoration idea for the more patient or experienced sewer is to embroider a small picture onto the front and make into a centrepiece.
