Journal about 1 positive thing you have experienced in the last 24 hours... Allows us to re-live that moment and enjoy the positive energy longer. 3. Exercise... Teaches us that our daily behavior matters. 4. Meditation... Allows our brain to get over the cultural ADHD we create by trying to multitask and allows us to focus on the task at hand. 5. Random acts of kindness... Thank someone each day for their impact in your life, do something kind for someone with no expectations of anything in return.
