How to eat to get Fat 101 If you want to keep those love handles or keep abs covered up: Deprive yourself for a few days, then overeat like crazy on the weekend. Eat according to the food pyramid regarding grains: meaning several servings a day. Avoid training free weight exercises that involve the whole body. No squats, deadlifts, pullups. Drink fruit juice and snack on fruit. Eat trail mix as a “healthy snack” allow yourself a daily “I deserve this” piece of chocolate Include a lot of nuts in your diet and don’t count the calories. Consider a hand full “normal serving”. Drink pre and post workout shakes because it’s good for muscle recuperation. Refeed almost every day like those people you see at the in-n-out. They got to be on refeed day right? Embrace all food items called “healthy and natural” and fully believe they will help you lean out. Keep on being in denial. Now.... if you want to get LEAN and you are serious about it: Cut out all the extra “required” crap like milk in coffee, the every day banana, the little protein bar here and there. Train out of the fat burning zone: that zone is for elderly and out of shape people. Say no to those treats because you deserve NOT to eat it, you WANT it, but your GOALS required another kind of action. Refeed with moderation or with a set program. Do not go by feel for refeed patterns. Make sure you FOR REAL know what a serving size is. And remember a serving size a day of something that is turned into a serving of a lot of things adds up. Acknowledge that the serving size guidelines were not meant to give you a shredded physique. They are to keep you at a healthy NORMAL weight and body fat. Embrace the fact being very lean is not what your body prefers, so you got to keep on your toes. And finally, do cardio for the nutrient partitioning effect rather than for health benefits. Health benefits comes from doing SOME cardio work every day, but not in excessive like most of us need to do to get down low where you wanna be.
