How tragic to see this so close to home - Robin is a well known Brisbane personality, and her husband has taken his life after battling depression, leaving behind 3 young boys. Seriously....this epidemic of sadness really is something that is impacting every part of society right now - particularly for our men. Mental health is not something we can ignore - it is closer to each of us than we realise, with 1 in 3 families currently being impacted by depression. If someone close to you doesnt seem themselves - please take the time to reach out and ask them Are you okay? Or reach out to me - because I am here, and youre not alone. My thoughts and prayers go to Robin and her family, along with anyone else who is impacted by depression right now.
