How would you like to change the life of a man for the better - TopicsExpress

How would you like to change the life of a man for the better today? Consider this a good deed or act of good Karma and practice the art of giving freely. pozible/project/30288 Here is a link to an inspiring and deeply healing project that aims to send a young indigenous Australian man to the jungle of Peru to receive healing for his culture from traditional South American healers and build a connection between the traditional Amazonian cultures and the Australian aboriginals. This project is a powerful step forward in the reversal and healing of the damage done and still being done to the aboriginal cultures both from external invasion and the fragmentation and sense of disconnection that has resulted in individuals and the culture in general. You can pledge as little as $10 (the price of a sandwich in a cafe) to help see this young man on his way to heal the sense of isolation and damage done by the generations of colonial abuse that have taken place. Lets be the change we wish to see in the world and send love and support to this project and projects like it that are seeking create a better world for all concerned. From little things big things grow my friends.... The work that is being done by the traditional healers is very deep and powerful. It is works like these that are contributing and shaping a better world for all of us to live in tomorrow and beyond. This is a true spiritual work of a very deep nature and is not just about one man going to the jungle, its about creating a bridge and opening a door to deep and profound cultural healing and it deserves due respect attention and resources to see it take place. I can tell you from my personal experience and observation that this is truly sacred business taking place and if you want to see our earth move towards harmony, peace and enlightenment its these kinds of projects at the grass roots level that are where it starts. How the funds will be used Funds will be used for flights and accommodation only, with any extra costs to be covered by myself. The trip is being made in the hope of establishing relationship, and to eventually take a group of young indigenous Australians to establish a cross-cultural exchange for the good of peoples of both Peru and Australia. In sams own words I have been successful in turning my own life around to create something better for my family, but recognise that I still have a long way to go, and likely could never have done it on my own. And because of this I feel a duty to give my best to explore new avenues of treatment when the old methods have so tragically failed. There are many more young men and women in this country like me who want something better than the inherited sickness and cultural wounding of our forefathers. This is a chance for you to help make a difference. Learn more about the healing methods here takiwasi/indexen.html
