Howd I spend my day? Got up at 530a, had an employee (now former) drop off the face of the earth supposedly, had the staff rally (as the good ones do), sat with Rafas first grade teacher, pathologist, occupational therapist and reading therapist to map out (hopefully) a successful path for the school year, confirmed a fall schedule for 9 employees, stressed about taxes, bills and payroll, pushed hard to move the remaining seats for next weeks pop-up, prepared a shopping list for tomorrows event for 60 people and created 4 new fall menu items. Then I picked up the kids. Im good now.
