Howdy folks!!! 1 month and 7 days in and Im feeling pretty good. My wife is pregnant so that was my motivation to quit. She smells EVERYTHING times 100 right now!! Lolol! I feel better and Im glad I did it. Ive been smoking for 23 years and I just quit one day when I was at work. I had 2 cigarettes left in my pack and I smoked one and told myself that was the last one. I got off and went home and handed my wife the pack with one left in it. Havent looked back. I think Im done for good.
