However classy or cheesy we choose to state it I think we all agree that this career and company are where we want to be. Its a great profession to be in. We all approach it from different angles of what is important. That diversity is good, but it can also be divisive when talking about improvements and changes. By staying focused on preserving and improving the core elements of what makes this profession special we can agree to disagree on why we like it so much. We are safety professionals with a service flair or we are service professionals with a focus on safety. Doesnt matter. What matters is that we are compensated, rested, protected, and respected. Do you feel that those are achieved right now to their best possible level? If you think you could have a hand in making it better then the opportunity has never been greater than it is right now.
