Hows this format for the 2019 CWC? :D 10 teams. Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, New Zealand and West Indies will play the first round, out of which 1 team will qualify for the second round. In the second round, the qualifier will play Pakistan, South Africa and Sri Lanka, out which again 1 team will qualify for the semi-final vs India. Another semi-final will be Aus v Eng. If the second qualifier beat India, the matchs ODI status will be revoked and the match will be deemed cancelled. Thus India will go through on having more court-convicted frauds in their board.
