Hows your movement? Hows your attitude? Read This! Cant say it enough! This is your workout, your time to be the best you can be. We shouldnt be focused on anyone else but ourselves during a WOD. And when we stop the clock we dont put our weights away, or sit against the wall on our phone or chat with a person in the corner, we go over and encourage someone else to finish! Thats what CrossFit is about giving it your all, and encouraging others to do the same:)
