Hubbell Lighting is a core business platform of Hubbell Incorporated. The platform supplies a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor lighting products to industrial, commercial and institutional applications and is the largest manufacturer of residential lighting fixtures in North America. Currently, Hubbell Lighting Reflector Plant, Eldorado, Arkansas, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to become involved in a rapid moving lighting industry, utilizing the most modern technology and lean principles. This position will participate in a Lean Manufacturing atmosphere where change and flexibility are of great significance. Major Duties & Responsibilities: •Process Engineer To Order product orders, build routers and Bills Of Material. •Process Engineering Changes – update routers, add sequencing of materials to operations, load control cycle records, load work centers, interface with Product Engineering, and operations personnel. •Work daily with production personnel and supervisors on instruction and methods of assembly in the building of product. •Maintenance BOM’s, routers, work orders for updates due to material variances. •Create assembly jigs, fixtures for assembly to include layout. •Utilize AutoCAD and Solid Edge for digital engineering drawings. •Assist supervisors and setups in resolving issues in Manufacturing. •Work on assigned projects. •Develop and write Maintenance Work Orders, and Tool Room Orders. •Work closely with Product Engineering to build prototype light fixtures. Education, Skills & Job Requirements •Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required. •3 to 5 years of experience of industrial experience preferred. •Experience with current manufacturing methodologies
